Where do you go when you run out of something that doesn't come in a tablespoon, or a cup, or you can buy at the store?
Where do you go when you run out of hope, out of strength...when you don't know if you're gonna make it to the next day? Maybe it's just me...but I have times when I feel like I've run out of something. Sometimes I feel like not even trying anymore. So I went to my bible...to Kings 17:1-6. It spoke to me...it emphasized the importance of time and how the covenant that you have with God should be loyal. The praise and the worship that you see may not always be real. It talked about the people of Isreal and how they abandoned their relationships with God after having such a covenant with God and seeing all the miracles that secure the faith they had. They doubted, as Elijah spoke to them, tryin to preach to them, convincing them not to turn from their religious ways. In the time of strife and turmoil, don't doubt God, please don't reject him...Elijah preached.
God is trying to tell us something.
He will speak to you as he has sent you away. He waits until you're really ready. God is trying to prepare you for something far greater. God may need us in quiet places for a reason.
