Knowledge is power. Or, to reverse another adage, "What you don't know can hurt you". In fact, what you don't know has already done you great harm, because it has kept you from fulfilling yourself creatively-regardless of how much or how little actual writing you've done.
Knowledge is power.
I'm reading this book entitled:Writing the Wave by Elizabeth Ayers, and I just have to tell you how amazing it is to have an author emphasize the beauty of writing. It's basically just a book that pushes you to take that plunge into the ocean of writing...composing; whatever your niche may be..she helps you bring it out by imputting little exercises that speed up the writing process and also put some spice into your life.
Writing for me at times comes in seasons...and for some beautiful...absolutely random reason...This fall season has been quite plentiful..My drive to create is off the meter and I don't think I'll slow down anytime soon. It is
the most amazing feeling...when you have so many ideas...a plethora of stimulating stories to tell....and a brand spanking new journal to put it all in...the smell of those crisp pages just turns me on even more .lol. I had to catch myself today because I just had this demanding urge to belt out some Shakespeare**line for line*while everyone was eating...just stand up on the table and start reciting it.: "And it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man". "This is the very ecstasy of love"!! - They would have looked at me like I had lost my mind...but I think they already do...so I shoulda did it...ha,
Anyhow,...To my fellow readers...Happy Writing. I hope you can take at least 5 minutes of your day to sit down and spill your thoughts on paper...A tree lost ...will not be in vain.(;
